We understand that you're eager to receive your new instrument, and we're just as excited to craft it for you! Our projects are designed, CNC'd, and assembled in-house on our machines running 24/7. While we work at full capacity and put in our best efforts, we're just a small team and the lead times on standard orders are typically 3-6 months for Bolt-On Necks and Guitars. Please note that special finishes (anodizing) may take longer, as we need to wait until we get the parts back from our anodizing partner. We promise to be as transparent as possible with our process and keep you informed if any delays arise.
2. Do you ship to my country?
Absolutely! We're thrilled to share our creations with music enthusiasts worldwide. We ship to every country in the world, so no matter where you are, you can experience the exceptional quality of our instruments.
3. Do you offer custom Bolt-On Necks?
Certainly! We love bringing your unique vision to life. We offer custom Bolt-On Necks tailored to your preferences. Please keep in mind that these bespoke creations may take longer and cost more due to design work and unique technical requirements. 4. Do I have to modify my Guitar to fit the replacement neck?
We strive to make the transition to our instruments as seamless as possible. Our standard necks are compatible with FMIC neck pockets. In most cases, you won't need to modify your guitar. Occasionally, you might need to widen the bolt-holes slightly, but usually, that's not necessary. Should you encounter any issues during the installation process, our support team is just a message away to assist you.
5. Is there a warranty for my item?
Absolutely! We stand behind the quality of our instruments, and as a testament to our craftsmanship, we offer a lifetime warranty. Play with confidence, knowing that we've got you covered.
6. Is there a way to cancel my order?

We do offer custom jobs for other bodies, too.
8. Do you offer full guitars made out of aluminum?
Yes, in addition to our aluminum guitar necks, we proudly offer full guitars with aluminum bodies. These guitars feature hollow aluminum bodies with balancing weights, providing an excellent balance and enhanced playability. Additionally, we also offer body materials in acrylic and wood, allowing you to choose the perfect combination that suits your style and preferences.
9. Can I opt for hollow aluminum necks to relieve weight?
Absolutely! We provide the option to choose hollow aluminum necks, which reduce the weight of the instrument while retaining all the benefits of our aluminum neck technology. Experience a lighter and more comfortable playing experience without compromising on performance and durability.
10. Do you offer your own pickups?
Yes, we take great pride in offering our own Omnia pickups as a standard option for our instruments. Our pickups are meticulously designed to deliver an unaltered projection of the instrument's inherent tone, clarity, and maximum dynamic range. Additionally, they feature a hum-free single-coil voicing, ensuring your music shines through without any unwanted noise.
